Animal Communication---My Favourite Friends

Dogs, which are people’s the best friend. I love dogs! I had fed three dogs in my house. I have a big back yard behind my house, so my dogs can play in the garden. They always want to play with me and I also enjoy playing with them. We have our own way to communicate with each other. For example, if they are barking to me, it means they want to eat or go to washroom. If they are wagging their tail, it means they want to play with me. If they are clawing the door, it means they want to go out. They can also understand me. When I yell their name, they will come to see me as soon as possible because they think it’s lunch time. When I live in China, I always give them food twice a day. Once is in the morning, another is in the evening. For my first thing in the morning, I always feed them, so when they see me in the morning, they always bark to me, it means they are hungry. Also, when they see me come back from school, they bark to me, too. For our favourite game is when I throw a stick, they will catch it by their mouth. If one of them catches the stick, other two will try to grab the stick; sometimes they even fight with each other. I love my dogs. I want make them to be my friends rather than pets. We enjoy communicating with each other, it’s a really funny game.

Email---the Fashionable and Technology Letter Today

Email had already instead of letter totally. It becomes the most common communication tool except cell phone. Almost everyone has their own Email and use it very often. Email is more common in this time because it’s easy to use, fast, and safe. You can also save some information which some people sent to you or you sent to another people before in your Email. Most people think when we use Internet, we need to have general manners like to be polite, respectful and maybe to be cautious. To be polite is a basic manner even online but I think we don’t have to be honest because it’s not a real world. If you write your real information online, sometimes it’s unsafe. Most people mind another person use their personal information, such as name, experience and photos, so don’t put your real information on the Internet, especially on Email and face book. People think that when they send an Email, something is very important, such as address, contents and title. Most people think address is most important. I think when we send an Email, the emotion is also important. Some people usually regret after they send an Email to another person in angry because when you are angry or upset, you will write down some rude language or some words which you shouldn’t say in your Email. It will hurt your friends, break your friendship, and even lose your friends. Emoticons become more and more popular in this time. There are more and more people like to use emoticons when they chat with friends online because they think it’s lively and interesting. I think most people hate advertisement Email. Many people can receive many advertisement Emails every day, but most of them delete them without reading. Email is useful in our lives because of convenience. I prefer to use my Email, how about you?

A Part of Life---Cell phone

Communication tool is very important for most people today; cell phone is the most commonly used by people. Most people think cell phone is popular and important for everyone, whatever their age or any particular place they live. People think cell phone has influenced their lives both in a good way and a bad way because it’s convenient to contact other people but many people addicted to it. Most people think cell phone is good for our lives and make our lives simpler. For example, we can use a cell phone to contact with anyone who has a cell phone, too in anywhere and anytime. It can make people do more communication with each other. However, a few people think cell phone is bad for their lives and makes their lives even more difficult, if we get addicted to it. Sometimes, you will get some assignments from your parents or your boss by cell phone, if it happens in your vacation, that’s so sad. Most people think we can use cell phone in public place without bothering others, but sometimes we can’t use it in some particular places and times, such as in a library, in a theatre, in the class or in the meeting. Cell phone is very important for almost everyone, it had become one part of our lives.

Various Classes in China and Canada

Class in China is different from class in Canada. In China, there are always many people in a classroom at least 40 students in a class. In the class, students have to sit on your seat decorously and can not move without agreeing by teacher, except emergency. Students should listen to teacher and take notes carefully. If you have a question or you can answer the teacher’s questions, you should raise your hand first and stand up to say something. Students always spend most time to listen to teacher and only have few minute to discuss with classmates in the class. In addition, there is always no drink and food in the class.
Class in Canada is much more flexible than class in China. Students do not have immobile seats. You can sit any seat you like and you can go out immediately. In Canada, students can ask questions and answer questions in any time, sometimes even stop teacher’s speaking. Unlike Chinese students, Canadian students always have much time to discuss with their classmates in the class. They even can speak and laugh loudly during the discussion. Canadian teachers prefer to give their students more time to discuss and let them find answer by themselves. Students even can drink and eat in the class, except in the computer library.

A Crazy Fad-------Play Station

People like to play in anytime, anywhere, and any reason. In addition, people always look for different ways to play, such as football, rubber band skipping, casino game and so on. There is a kind of play station which is made from Sony Company in Japan is very popular today. Sony Company produced many play products, such as PSP, PS2, PS3 and so on. Many people like them because they have very clear picture effect and perfect stereo audio. It feels very greater. However, they also have a blemish that is price. The play stations which made form Sony Company are much more expensive than other play stations, so a few people can not afford them; even through they really want to play them. These Play Stations are very popular this time, but who knows that how long they will be popular in next few year? Maybe they are only a fad.

Another Delicious Chicken Food----Coke Chicken Wing

I wirte this blog back by Blair demand. This kind of chicken wing which I am good at cooking is popular and delicious. It's called "Coke chicken wing"! Coke chicken wing is a kind of very delicious Chinese dish; so many people like to eat it. Here are several simple steps for teaching you cook it. First of all, take 8-10 chicken wings and cut them into half. Second, mix the wings with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 cup of sauce into a large bowl and pickle the wings for 30 minutes. You can mix 2/3 cup of soy sauce and 1/3 cup of cooking wine as a sauce. Third, add 3cups of hot water into a large and deep pan and put the pan on the stove with hard fire. Boil the wings for 10 minutes, take out the wings without water and throw the water out. Then put the pan on the stove with hard fire and add 2 cups of cooking oil into the pan. Heat the cooking oil for 30seconds, add 2 tablespoons of sugar into the pan and stir the sugar to melt. After that, fry the wings for 5 minutes for each side and take out the wings without oil when the both sides of color become to golden. Next, add 1 bottle of coke with some spices into the pan and boil the coke for 3 minutes. You can use pepper, star anise, green onion, ginger and garlic as spices and cut the green onion, ginger and garlic into slices. Boil the chicken wings with 3 teaspoons of sugar into the pan with small fire for 20 minutes. Last, continue to boil the wings with hard fire for 5 minutes and take out the wings and coke without spices. The delicious and inviting coke chicken wing is done. Girls and kids will like its sweet taste. Enjoy coke chicken wing, enjoy your sweet life.

How to Make Oven Barbecued Chicken

Oven barbecued chicken, which is my first time to study cook western-style food in Vancouver. Here are several simple steps to show you how to cook this delicious food. First of all, prepare a whole chicken which is about 3 pounds, and wash it and dried it. Second, prepare 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of garlic chopped, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of five spice, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil, and mix them into a big blow. Third, rub this sauce inside and outside of chicken, and marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Then, put chicken on rack in roasting pan which is shallow. Next, roast in 425°F oven for 2 and half hours or until chicken become golden and tender. Turn the chicken and baste each 30 minutes. Last, take chicken out of the oven and cut up with bones left on and cup meat into about 1 inch square pieces. The delicious and inviting Oven barbecued chicken is done. Do you like it? Olymics in Vancouver

I was so exciting that I could watch Olympics again after Beijing 2008 Olympics game. Vancouver winter Olympics game is my second experience to watch Olympics and is my first experience to watch winter Olympics. It's much different from summer Olympics game. Hockey, skating, skiing and so on, so many sport items which are so exciting and wonderful and I never played before. I went downtown during the Olympics. I was amazed that there were so many people in downtown, and I even never saw there were so many people in Vancouver. It was so busy; we even need to stand in a line to take sky train that we never had to do before.
In February 28, I had gone through the most exciting thing in Vancouver Olympics. My roommates asked me to watch the hockey final game, Canada VS American. After almost 2hours, Canada finally won the champion. We were so exciting, almost crazy and my roommate bought a box of beer to celebrate we won the game, meanwhile; Canada which country won the most gold medals. At that night, we were all dunk. I was also happy because my home country, China also won 7 gold medals. That day is the last day in Vancouver Olympics.
